App concerned: Unload (com.unloadstress.app), published by Mountains Studio LLC.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@unload-app.com with the subject "Delete my Unload account", from the email address linked to your account (the one from your Google or Apple sign-in).
We confirm receipt within 72 hours, and deletion takes effect within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account (identifier, email, first name);
- Your profile: calibration, session history, calm score;
- Your subscription status at our provider (RevenueCat).
What is kept
- Anonymised analytics events (not linkable to your identity);
- Whatever the law requires us to keep, where applicable (store billing records, retained by Apple/Google under their own policies).
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: that is managed in your App Store or Google Play settings (Subscriptions). Remember to cancel it before or after your request.
